By default, when you delete items, they move to Trash in case you decide to restore them. After deleting an item, you have 7 days to restore it, at the end of which the item will be permanently deleted.
If you want to delete items immediately and skip their moving to Trash, that’s how you can do it:
- Click on the user icon and select Settings → Company Settings.
- Clear the Use Trash checkbox.
- Click Save.
Items stored in Trash affect your subscription limitations. If you want to free up space quickly, you can empty the Trash manually.
- In the MyStore workspace, select Dashboard → Trash.
- Click Empty Trash.
